EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Emergency lighting systems are designed to give
adequate lighting levels to allow safe evacuation of the premises
after or during a mains power failure. This level of lighting must
be maintained for a minimum of one hour. All the emergency lighting
systems we offer will maintain the desired lighting levels for a
minimum of three hours.
All our systems are designed to meet BS5266:1999
and local Fire Authority Standards.
///
Conventional Systems
We provide self-contained light fitting systems.
This type of system has an advantage over central battery systems
in that if one fitting fails, all other fittings on the system will
still operate.
///
Addressable Systems
An addressable emergency lighting system, designed
to be operated from a PC based controller, simplifies emergency
light test procedures, by indicating if there is a failure in the
equipment and where the failure is. This provides a much more reliable
solution from a maintenance point of view in the case of an emergency.
