HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Each employee will attend work in respectable clothing (overalls are provided for   installation/maintenance engineers) and shall be considerate to others in respect of his or   her personal hygiene

• Meetings with Clients/General Public shall be on a pleasant note, without the use of bad   language. Employees will not be critical of other companies

• Employees will not partake of alcoholic beverages unless this takes the form of a business   lunch or like

• Employees shall identify themselves upon attending any premises, and shall take due care   and attention of the customers belongings. In the case of Private Dwellings separate   footwear may be required to obviate the passage of mud etc

• Damage to customers property shall be reported to the customer and the company as soon   as practicable after the incident has occurred
