These systems start at £999.00 plus vat and would generally consist of the following facilities:

• 8 to 16 zone control unit complete with standby battery and alpha proximity remote keypad
• External alarm sounder with flashing beacon
• Remote reset – technistore
• Internal alarm sounder
• A setting method of either a contacted lock in the final door or an external proximity reader   which would set/unset the system and lock/unlock a mini mag lock on the final door
• Dualcom plus remote signalling system (radio & telephone line)
• A combination of door sensors / volumetric movement sensors (Pir and Dualtech) / break   glass detectors/vibration sensors and Infra red beam detectors

All small/medium sized systems would attract a yearly in advance maintenance and monitoring charge starting at £420.00 plus vat. (this cost includes not only monitoring of the system but also two service visits at six monthly intervals)

Customer Requirements:

• Authorisation of a copy of our Cost estimate letter or issuing of a purchase order
• The minimum Dualcom plus payment period is 12 months, there after can be cancelled   providing 3 months notice is given
• A minimum of two key holders

Completion of the 'risks' section of a Police UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER application form which we would send to you TOGETHER with a cheque for £35.00 made out directly to your local Police Force which would be returned to us with the completed form.

The audible only alarm system is a low cost solution for the home that does not require a police response. The security system alerts your neighbours and deters an intruder. The system also incorporates some internal alarm sounders. Typically, these systems use inbetween four and eight zones and for a three-bedroom house would start at approximately £400 plus vat.

These systems start at £400.00 plus vat and would generally consist of the following facilities:

• 8 to 16 zone control unit complete with standby battery and alpha remote keypad
• External alarm sounder with flashing beacon
• A combination of door sensors / volumetric movement sensors (Pir and Dualtech)/break   glass detectors and Infra red beam detectors
• Internal alarm sounder
• All Domestic systems would attract a yearly in advance maintenance charge starting at   £50.00 plus vat. (this cost includes for one maintenance visit)

All Audible only Commercial Security systems require two visits per annum and would start at £80.00 per annum yearly in advance
